The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager who is looking to take their proven marketing skills to a new level with a genuine career opportunity. This role will provide career growth if you are looking to expand your successful marketing experience across key promoted brands, and to manage business-critical partnerships on both a local and a global level. The therapeutic areas covered by this role truly make a difference to improve patient’s quality of life.

This role reports directly to the Head of the Prescription Business of the company. Our Prescription Division is known for its innovative approach to business, nimble decision-making, and long tenure of the people who work here. Building quality relationships with our customers, internal team and business partners is something we take pride in.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Development of Annual Operating Plans in alignment with our business partner’s global plans
  • Relationship management for our business partners, including commercial business reviews,presentations, development of marketing and sales activities, reporting, problem solving
  • Delivery of your brand strategy with enthusiasm and intelligence which engages and motivates the GP and Specialist sales teams
  • Fostering relationships with therapeutic thought-leaders
  • Ensuring the optimal return on business investment and resourcing
  • Collaboration with sales, regulatory, medical, PV and other relevant stakeholders
  • Development and implementation of market access strategies and pricing factors
  • Product forecasting and supply chain management to ensure proper supply and distribution
We are looking for someone who will bring:
  • Successful full-marketing-cycle experience, including LOE, within Australia's pharmaceutical industry
  • Strategic brand planning skills, with demonstrated results in sales implementation. Launch Excellence skills will be viewed favourably
  • Proven success in working effectively with sales teams
  • Proven success in working cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated sales and operational expenditure experience
  • Degree qualified in Science or healthcare related discipline
  • A positive attitude and proven adaptability to the ever-changing business environment we work in
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Fluency in English
