About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to step into a role within a global pharmaceutical organisation and bring your experience and knowledge from working within a similar role as a Payroll Analyst in a multinational company. You will be working with a global organisation to deliver the businesses accurate and efficient payroll analytics to the organisation's internal customers. As an experienced Payroll Analyst you will have strong understanding of payroll reporting. You will be required to interface with business partners as well as outsourced service providers.

Duties

  • Calculate and verify the overtime submissions
  • Reporting and validation of all overtime and benefits reporting according to internal systems
  • Use payroll tools and prepare appropriate calculations to ensure accurate processing.
  • Review and validate data according to employee benefits
  • Input benefits accumulated data into global portal.
  • Finance reporting according to the finance departments requirements
  • Updating of workplace SOPs

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in payroll analysis
  • Experience reporting of employee benefits and overtime entitlements
  • Experience utilising Workday would be highly advantageous
  • Strong communication skills - verbally and written
  • Experience within accounting or finance along with payroll knowledge would be well regarded
