WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
  • You will work 4 or 5 days a week, (full-time or part-time, up to you!), calling on customers within the hospital environment, within the area of continence, with a focus on spinal cord injury patients, to establish relationships to promote and sell catheters and continence consumables.
  • You will manage your own time with total autonomy on a daily basis and be able to develop a sales and account development strategy to achieve your sales targets.
  • This role is a relationship-based sell within hospitals and specialised spinal injury clinics within the hospital.
  • You will be responsible for business development for this portfolio within Sydney and Brisbane, (Sydney based is preferred, however, Brisbane definitely considered for the right person).
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • A great opportunity for someone who is a results-driven sales professional who has consistently demonstrated excellent performance within the healthcare industry. Medical devices/consumables experience preferred, however, pharma sales will be considered for the right person.
  • Or alternatively, you might be an allied health professional, a continence nurse or rehab clinician within the hospital environment that has dealt with spinal cord injury patients.
  • You will have the desire and strong motivation to work part-time, 4 days a week or if you prefer full-time, that option is available and you will be able to look after both NSW & QLD territories, travel is required.
  • You will be self-motivated with the ability build strong relationships.
  • This position also requires tenacity, enthusiasm and the desire to truly get to know your customers.
