Job Description:

Our client, an Australian family owned company has been established for almost a century. They have enjoyed a long and successful history as one of Australia's leading manufacturers for healthcare and industrial markets. They are currently looking for an ANZ Sales Manager to lead their growing team across 4 business units.

Some of the responsibilities of this role will include;
  • Managing a team of 4 managers who manage a team of 15 salespeople across ANZ.
  • Building relationships with hospital customers, including KOL’s, across various hospital departments.
  • Driving revenue growth across 4 business units.
  • Leading, coaching, training sales reps and managers to help them achieve their personal and professional goals and meet business objectives.
  • Being involved in hospital tenders and managing the tender process through the development of strong relationships with a variety of clinicians and hospital executives.
  • Help manage distributor relationships and other channels,that use your products, eg. primary care, veterinary, dental, etc..
  • P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning to achieve consistent market share growth across all areas.
  • 60% of your time will be spent in the office and 40% in-field.
If you have university qualifications in science or a related degree with post-graduate qualifications in business, ideally an MBA, you are encouraged to apply. This role will suit a strong sales manager in the healthcare space, specifically with hospital experience, eg. medical devices/pharmaceuticals or other healthcare, who can demonstrate experience in leading a team, managing managers, very successfully, and growing a business through strong leadership and business development abilities in healthcare.
